Contact must be made within 3 days of when the order made.
Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end.
Payment may be made in the following ways:

Please include your name, address, phone number and your auction number on the back of the cheque. If you pay by cheque, your purchase/s will not be dispatched until your cheque clears (5-7 days).

1.3.Credit Card
Credit Card payments can be made through EFTPOS in shop, All major credit cards accepted.

You may Lay-by your purchase, but we require at least 20% for deposit and the balance to be paid within 5 weeks by regular payments. Items won’t be sent until fully paid for. 20% restocking fee will apply if the lay-by is cancelled.

2.Shipping & Pickup
All shipping charges are stated in the auction detail and are non-negotiable. We use New Zealand Couriers or Fast Way Couriers, which are tracked and insured nationwide courier services. Products will be carefully packed, securely taped and clearly labeled.
Pickup is welcome. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Order must be completed within 14 days. Any items remaining uncollected and/or unpaid after that will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a late collection fee and/or removal fee.

All of our products will be covered by a minimum of 90 Days Warranty (30 Days full warranty and 60 days labor only).
Brand New Products are available for purchase extend warranty.
Where the products are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will either: (i) replace or refund the products; or (ii) repair the product under the manufacturers guarantee;  If you think that the goods you receive are defective, damaged, or not as what advertised, then please contact us in writing(email) initially, stating clearly what the problem is. We will contact you within 24 hours with the procedure to resolve the problem. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems.
If the returned product is still under warranty, the repair will be at our expense. There may be an assessment fee on electrical items which include Mobile Phones, iPods and Gaming System Hardware. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.

We don’t have money back guarantee policy. If you change your mind on a purchase we will accept a return of the item, in unmarked condition with all original packaging and accessories within 7 days, less a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges to be paid by the purchaser.
All products returned must be in their original condition, specifications and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the products. Products can not be returned if they have been engraved, modified, damaged, altered, damage from neglect or careless use or storage. 

As a result of copyright laws and hygiene issues a refund or exchange is only available for the following products if the product is defective:
• Mobile Phones 
• Music CDs and Tapes
• DVDs 
• PC and Gaming Console Software
• Software 

As mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item, also exchanges are not available on CDs, DVDs or software, except where the product is deemed faulty.

Please notice, all warranty service & return/refund do not include any shipping cost. (here means, we will fix/replay/refund the laptop under warranty/policy, however, buyer will need to pay the shipping cost)
